Several U.S. Fighter Jets and Aircraft Have Arrived in Philippines (Cope Thunder 23)
The Air Forces of the Philippines and the United States have opened its second iteration of Cope Thunder 2023 at Clark Air Base in Mabalacat City, Pampanga on Friday. The exercise is a valuable opportunity for the United States and the Philippines to improve their military cooperation and exchange helpful tactics and will feature C-130 Hercules, and F-22 Raptors, taken from multiple participating units for the exercise. In a statement, the Philippine Air Force (PAF) said the bilateral air operations exercises, which will be held until July 21, will focus on large force deployment of aircraft.
