You, once again, made me laugh out loud! 😂. I get such a kick out of you! “ The story of my life” as you search for what you just had. You could’ve been in my head! That’s so me! I so relate! Makes me wish I was 20 yrs younger! Thank you again for great ideas. You’re so fun. Blessings to you! 🙋♀️💕🇺🇸
Am I glad I found you! Such new ways of looking at many small things. Stretch our brain, stretch our supplies, stretch our craft. And bull rushes are called bull rushes in the U.S. too. Thank you.
Thank you so much for a brilliant tutorial …… so very refreshing not to be subjected to constantly hearing “Super Cute” “love, love, love” etc, etc, etc.
Loved this video. Details fascinate me. The delivery is done with great car and you voice is soft and relaxing. I will be back, many times. Thanks for a delightful video.
I watch your videos often whilst ironing or baking or something & every time they stop me in my tracks. I stand staring wide eyed at the screen with my jaw dropped saying out loud …. « Phew! That’s fantastic. What brilliant ideas. Simple ways to turn ordinary stick on dies into Artistic paraphernalia to make a card look professional & ‘ soignée.. absolutely fabulous. A massive thanks for sharing.
Hi Christine 🥰🙏🦘🦘 I am thinking "stencils" because I have some tiny patterns from a Japanese store that I buy Origami papers & other things from. Adorable Little vases or Containers for jus sitting on a shelf with one of your tables, or a ladder with plants on some rungs. My mind is racing with ideas again! TFS for showing us what you're thinking & how we can use these effects to make the cards pop. 🤩🌹🌹🌹
Thank you so much for sharing this with us, you're a fantastic teacher. I think you said that you used to be a school teacher? Those children were very lucky. You explain things incredibly well, and I love your creations. Take care, xx
Thank you so much Christine you never cease to amaze me. I really really love ❤️ that card. Elegant and stylish too. And once again I’m definitely going to try this out. I really really love ❤️ watching you too. Please stay safe and well too xxx Mags
You are absolutely adorable! I love your videos they are so creative. They just gives us all kinds of ideas and inspiration. Keep up the great work and Thank you!
Yesterday I covered a little yellow boot with glossy accents and it was perfect -- until 30 minutes later I dinged it, just like you did. Glad I'm not the only one. I was trying so hard to have your patience and attention to detail and WHAM! lol
I wish I could take an in person class from you, but these videos are the next best things. Thank you so so much for sharing your creative talents with us. I will try making a few of these with the items I have.
Simply beautiful! Your ideas are exquisite and elegant!…I’m a new subscriber and can’t wait to see more of your videos. Thank you so much and God bless.
You have turned plain vases into elegant works of art! Looking forward to doing this. First time watching. Can't wait to watch more of your videos. Thanks so much!
Beautiful and I am so happy to have found your beautiful channel to watch. I have subscribed to you and can't wait to see all the creations you come up with.
How clever.never gavevit a thought to take each dye cut and do more to each piece. I have done shaping of my flowers, have to remember the adding of things to certain shapes. They came out very nice and rich looking. Not just explain cut out shape on a card. Thanks for sharing.
They are bull rushes in Australia too. I love your videos very much and try to not miss any. I especially love that you are so natural and tend to lose things and stick your finger where it shouldn’t be etc. I think most of us can relate to doing that at times. I was telling you “ you placed the shaping tool over there on the left” when you couldn’t find it. It was so funny. I’m so happy to have found you and am learning so much. Thank you for being a wonderful teacher. 💐🤗
I know I am a few months late with this video, but I absolutely love this and a lot of other things that you do! You have completely turned me on to decorating with the bare minimum. I have multiple sclerosis, and while I don't have complete control of my hands, your decorations and techniques are easy to follow. Thank you! (By the way, bull rushes are known as "catty 9 tails" where I am in Pennsylvania, USA.)
I remembered the cattails eventually, these days lots of words seem to escape me... getting old! I'm delighted that you enjoy my videos and hope that you enjoy doing CAS designs yourself !
Just happily stumbled onto your videos & I'm gobsmacked with your creativity and delighted to learn to make a big impact with less clutter. Thank you for your guidance & talent. I'd love to know more about where to get those German dies.
The dies in this card are Swedish. I order them directly from Sweden, (there’s a translate button at the bottom of their site) at Gummiapan.com or there is an agent in the uk which also stocks them Gummiapan.Co.Uk they are fabulous dies.
I love all your ideas Christine for your CAS style cards and although you may deny it, I think they are genius! I appreciate your easy to follow teaching style too. Thank you.
You have such creative ideas, and I like watching your techniques, but what usually catches my eye is the picture of the card on RU-vid. Is there another place I can go to see the actual card?
Hi. These little vases are cute but they're gorgeous by the time you've worked on them. Thank you for sharing this, another short and sweet but informative video. All good stuff!
Thank you so much, Christine for sharing beautiful, creative ideas. I, too think it would be delightful and memorable to have an in person class with you. Alas, living on Vancouver Island, I will not have that opportunity. Therefore, I'm extremely blessed that you continue to bring videos to all of us. 💕🇨🇦
I would love to visit Vancouver Island! The last time I was in Vancouver was in 2019 at the end of a cruise from Japan! I love Canada. Maybe I’ll have the chance to visit again! I’m delighted you enjoy my videos! ❤️❤️❤️
Stunning card Chris and I just love what you’ve done to transform the vases from the ordinary into something special - thank you so much for sharing xx
Hi Chris. I just found you and I had a lovely break watching your tutorial which was nicely presented. Thanks for sharing your ideas with everyone on RU-vid. I am grateful to all presenters for sharing their ideas and talents here where I come for inspiration. From Canada 🇨🇦
Just discovered your channel, I love your vase ideas. I purchased the Sizzix ikebana die set and I can’t wait to try some of your techniques. Thank you!
Just stunning Chrissie, love your work, have admired your work for years. Absolutely loved your video on how to do CAS cards, it was brilliant - thank you for sharing. I tried your new technique with the embossing on vellum front and back and loved it. Now to try and master that using CAS cards
I’ve been watching your videos a lot and I have decided you are an artist! You just have a way with techniques and color that is very appealing. I also love the white on white effect. Thanks for all the wonderful ideas ❣️
The embossing folder was from Charlie and Paulchen the witch hazel twigs were from a Swedish company called Gummiapan. Both companies ship worldwide. Thanks so much.
Cattails = Bulrush. I learned a new word today. I was not aware there was another name for cattails. I'm from Gaylord, Michigan. I just love your videos Christine. I hope you take this as a compliment. I love your accent. Your speech pattern reminds me so much of Dame Maggie Smith, whom I love and adore. I really enjoy all your card making tips. Thank you for all you do. xo
Hi Christine….fantastic ideas….love it! Please, could you spell/elaborate on the Swedish dies from “Gummier Pan”? I am particularly interested in the twisted willow. I shall subscribe and watch more :-) Thank you
