If they are rotating, they are a supercell thunderstorm. Supercell thunderstorms can create tornadoes but only 5 percent of them do.

I think the term is mesocyclone, a local rotating thunderstorm.

That was just low-level scud from outflow downdraft. Looks like a funnel/tornado but it just cold air causing condensation to reach near the ground. Pretty impressive nevertheless.

I disagree. Please no music. Just the sound of the storm. Music is really just a distraction most of the time as content creators almost never get it right.

@@patrickmurphy8222 I too have mixed feelings about the use of music. However, I spend a lot of time being very selective on what I use. I suppose it depends on what the subject of the video is. Anyway, if I use music, it will never be anything hard to listen to. Thanks for the feedback. Jan
