This is the winch section of an irrigation system I designed and built for the Severn Project CIC in Bristol England. It's powered by a 12V hitachi drill.
On the one hand this rig needs box to keep the dust out, but on the other, it's so cool to see the belly of the beast, all the bike gears turning. I also like the pitch forks for balasting. How does it return down field?
