In the visitor centre at the SVR is “The Lady Armaghdale”, a small loco that for many years played the role of Thomas back when Thomas days were a thing on heritage railways!

Thanks for your kind words! The first few shots were done just off Northwood Lane. Do you know where the little foot crossing is, near to where the siding ends? Continue up the lane a little more and you’ll see a footpath that goes under the railway. Go under, climb over the stile and you’re then in a public area with various spots available near the fence bordering the railway. You might have to battle through the jungle a bit at this time of year. The exact spot you mentioned can be found be turning left once you’re over the stile and walking up the slope. 😀👍
