The struggle I have with any gathering foot (I’ve had that foot for 25 years and have never used it) - and also with the ruffler foot and the gathering foot on my regular machine that I have used - is that you really have to practice with settings to get the right amount of gather, and I’d recommend always estimating a percentage it gathers from your sample and cut an extra 6-8 inches of ruffle so don’t end up short.

I am just getting back into using my over locker. I bought a baby lock victory absolutely love it, but my suggestion would be if you could please mention what needles you are using in all of your examples that would be extremely helpful.

I have the same Brother machine but I've never used any of the accessory feet. I really need to experiment 😊

I haven't used Brother 1034D model myself, but I just checked the manual for this machine online and it does show all these presser feet!🤗

Don’t have a serger yet so I will just have to keep doing these things on the sewing machine. I don’t mind because so many different presser feet for the sewing machine makes things simple & quick. I do have the brother side cutter presser foot you talked about in a previous video and I love that thing.

Wonderful! Are these presser feet only for the Brother machine or can we get the same type for other machines too ? ....I think I may be convinced to go out and buy a Brother machine for myself .😁

Extra feet are available for pretty much every serger I would consider looking at the baby lock victory because it has the air threading, but it also has auto tension. Baby lock was the first to invent the sergers so I would prefer to go with them and I did. I have the baby lock victory and I enjoy it very much and it’s not that loud.
