just fyi to everyone. I went to the salon owner in this video and she did NOT do my hair like she did in this video. she did not use a wig cap but instead a black band that hurt so bad I had to take the sew in out after 2 weeks. She also didn't use extra braid hair to create my braids and therefore there wasn't enough hair to sew in the frontal w/o glue of some sort.

Beautiful woman and hair here. What's sad is the apparent lack of concern for all the questions the viewers have who came to watch this "tutorial" which raised more questions than gave answers. Creator offers absolutely no answers in response. Very disappointing. For those who have the talent and know-how to do this please don't treat your viewers this way. It's disrespectful. smh

fairy dust6978 you're obviously not black so why are you commenting? it's actually fine for Black people to not wash their often because it strips the natural oils from our hair plus our hair doesn't easily get greasy like white people do. sew ins are a protective style for black women to take care of our hair, no one and I mean none of us want to be white.

Oh my God, Brooklyn New York! Yessssss! I've always had a set weave style and I've always wondered how do females get that natural free flowing weave type of style where they can just lay and part the hair anyway possible and now I know how it's done. I'm literally just learning about lace frontals...I've always thought lace frontals were just wigs. I'm so glad your beautician is located in Brooklyn since I live there. Cause I didn't know anyone that did them. You're hair looks so good!

I was amazed at the work that I just seen on jaylas install with the frontal. I decided to purchase a frontal and get it installed my this hairstylist (I live in New York City) - I left a message on style seat on this hair salon. It'sbeen almost a week already and I began to feel anxious. I wanna take my install out that I have now. Anyway I decided to call this morning to see if I can call to book an appointment. I called at 11 a.m. (Figuring the shop shouldn't be as busy for someone to actually speak to me about everything) I literally stayed on the phone for 15 seconds-.- 🤔. The person did not say who they were on the phone (unprofessional). I said good morning and I let them know I was trying to set an appointment on a lace frontal install and I haven't recieved a message. I asked if it was possible to book a phone appointment. The woman said "Ok.....(pause). No you cannot make a phone appointment, you just have to wait. Okay bye". *hung up the phone* How professional is that😠

So how do you take care of your hair underneath? If you go swimming won'the the dampness of your own hair cause it to grow mildew. Also, the hair is very expensive, is it worth spending $300+ for a style that lasts only 6 weeks. Just curious.

Hello, Jayla! I would be so grateful to receive an answer from you. I noticed that your stylist had your frontal attached to a cap before placing it on your head. She then appears to have sewn the wefted hair onto that cap behind the frontal. Is this right? Did she sew the frontal onto the cap herself? Everything looks so flat and natural, and I suspect that the cap helps to keep your frontal on nice and tight! Have you experienced any lifting with the frontal being attached to a cap, or is everything nice and snug? Thank you in advance for your time. :) Your video is by far my favorite on RU-vid for those of us who are interested in lace frontal sew ins!
