i wish you had a printable pattern for this, even if it was just in one size. I'm going to try to eyeball this for my daughter. I figure it should turn out okay even if i mess up a bunch, i have a bunch of light weight fabric that is very girly and trying to make her a cute summer wardrobe. I love doing dresses that can be shirts later on. her last years A-line dresses that i made are this years tank tops. so it's time to make some dresses for summer this year that can be next years summer shirts. i don't want to be stuck with one style every year though. Most dress patterns i find are so fitted that they wont work the next year.

Then she uses simple drafting to turn the pattern into different style garments that her child can wear. For most of these looks are simple front and back shirt pieces as she leaves them sleeveless. There is one that is long sleeve. There is one simple pant that she altered into summer Capri length. There is a book series by Kristen Marsdon called Kwik Sew for children that should have master patterns that can be copied and it gives simple instructions on making alternations. There is a Kwik Sew book for toddlers that should have a master pattern set.
