Hi, wow, you made some lovely pieces and you’ve certainly inspired me. I love the cami and have made one myself and have the coco top with fabric from a Guthrie Garnie kit ready to go. Think I’m going to hunt down the turtle neck top because I love a turtle neck and look forward to sharing at end of month. Good luck with your weight loss journey. I lost over 4 stone last year thanks to healthy eating and I’m still going! It’s all about consistency ❤
Lovely to see your previous makes, I've done a couple of those, I only do one item each year but I'm still planning for this year so that was helpful. Have fun sewing
Thank you for your video! I have a UFO of the loungewear pants with a higher waist and long leg adjustment and I LOVE the way the pockets are made on these! That scalloped edge cami looks beautiful, might make that in black cotton sometime...Great inspiration and best of luck with your sewfrugal makes!
Great video! Good angle to come from and lovely makes. I only have a small piece of double gauze in my large stash and I’ve never sewn with it so I’m making that a priority now.
So inspirational. Thank you. It's great to see everything made up. I did make a Mandy tee which was horrible but I think it was the fabric rather than the pattern. Maybe I'll give it another go. Also on a weight loss journey. Excited about that too.
Be careful when you wash the double gauze- I had some and the gold spots just came off in the wash! Ended up as white spots, Very disappointing. Great plans! I must check out peppermint mag! Thanks ☺️
I’m interested in the Mandy boat tee you mentioned as I need something quick as I haven’t much time ,plus tee shirts are always useful. I wanted to do the Naya tee but it now costs £10. I liked seeing your previous fugal makes so thank you. ☺️
Great video & pleased I’ve found your channel & will certainly subscribe now. Loved your suggestions & it was really helpful to see them made up. I particularly liked the ruffle sleeve top & the mandy boat tee. I’ve had quite a break from sewing as I have also been trying to loose weight (4st so far with slimming world from sept 22) & gone from 18/20 to size14 more to go yet but I need to regain my confidence in sewing clothes again. Thank you Adele really inspiring video. Cheers Ali 😊
Can't wait to see your lounge set, colours are gorgeous. I've got some sunny yellow double gauze set aside for a shorty pj set, a project from last year that I didn't get done for my October trip to Egypt. The yellow isn't one of my colours but it's OK for bed!! I'm going to try and get it done then it'll be Sew Frugal & Sew yellow for Endo all in one make 💛 Adele you are always so inspiring xx
I was watching the beginning of your blog without my glasses on… those PJ’s with the pink big cats on.. well take your specs off and take a look 😵. Those cats didn’t quite look as cat like as they do WITH my specs on 🤣😂🤣😂🤣x
Hi Adele, and thank you very much for sharing your past makes, they are really inspiring and I'd love to have a go at a couple of the peppermint tops. I'm quite new to sewing and don't want a challenging fabric, but also don't want anything that will be too stiff or structured as a top. Can you recommend what fabric I should look for in my stash? I'm not too good at matching patterns and fabric! Thank you xx
Thanks for showing all the makes, very inspiring, and good to hear about your process. I had forgotten about some of these, and I have quite a few of the patterns.
I haven't decided what to make for Sewfrugal. I have never participated before, didn't know about it; I have only fairly recently begun to follow sewing vloggers. I am looking for a free pattern that I fancy making. Stash fabric is no problem!
Oh I think I’ve missed the’ boat ‘as it now charges. Pun intended. Rachel from stitched up mentioned that that this can happen and companies do charge after a while.
