This was a fun one to make!
For those asking what the experience was like-
It consisted mostly of performances from dancers playing out a Bridgerton storyline. There were a couple of interactive dances, bowing to the Queen, and a short contemporary dance party. There were photo ops and some cons times from the show.
I would describe it primarily as a “performance” with some interactive elements. They also chose a diamond based off of cast interaction. (Which was slightly LARPy for me). Overall I enjoyed it, mostly for having somewhere to wear a costume and spend time with my sister. The vibes were good overall- just don’t expect a ball. Also, the drinks were expensive.

I think all 3 gowns looked wonderful. Sewing for someone else is very different than sewing for yourself. I did it once and was very proud of how the dress turned out, however, the lady I made it for did not have the same opinion. She didn't like it at all and complained so much that it ended our friendship. I did try several times to address her complaints, but nothing I did satisfied her. What made it worse was that I made the dress as a favor to her. Never again.

I love fantasy historical costuming, is that a term? It is fun seeing how several things can mesh, combine and produce something new. Those gowns were beautiful. I would like any mistakes in the garment's creation time to instead be called "extra time to practice essential skills". Too many words, won't catch on.😉

Silly question. What is this “experience”? I know what Bridgerton is, but is the experience an elaborate photo booth? Is there an agenda of events? Love the dresses🎉

I just updated the description with my thoughts! TL:DR- loved wearing my costume and hanging with my sisters, it was primarily a performance with some interactive elements, and it was on the spendier side.
