Great job. Take pictures of it and put them in your scrap book. Someday you'll be able to look back at what you made and the memories will put a smile on your face. I too am left handed. But just as we wear right hand clothing and use right hand keyboards etc. you can, in time with practice, get used to using your right hand for cutting with scissors. That is if you wish to. Left hand scissors are available, but as usual, they are expensive and not everyone carries them.

Lovely project. Top tip - use quilting clips instead of pins around the edges.
