Sewing machine servo motor repair from fully dead condition 

Yes problem maximum time repair nehi ho pata hai, ku ki MCU ka leg short circuit ho jata hai Iss pcb me driver transistor laga hua hai, jiska base resistance ke through MCU se connected hai, MCU ke iss 6 pin ko check kare ground ke sath, agar short circuit hai, to yea pcb repair nehi ho payega.

E3 means IGBT getting short again. First remove damaged IGBT, then Before replacing with IGBT change driver IC( IR2136), and check all IGBT gate driver resistances. If there is no driver chip then there is some transistor, which is used to drive the IGBT gate, check all of those transistors, resistances and diodes, if all is ok, then replace IGBT

@@Tech_Repair sir As u said igbt not getting short again and all igbt are good and all voltages also ok. Than I replaced ir2136 driver IC also. But still E3 . I assume the ir2136 may be problem I think so ( I don't have one more driver IC to be replaced). how to Check this driver IC good or damage? Please advice me Sir.

@@simlapcare set multimeter on 20k ohm range, and put the red prob in gnd and check resistance of drive ic high and low side gate driver pin. All high side pins have the same resistance and all low side pins have same resistance also. If not same chance driver ic

@@sikanderansari3261 agar padal dabane pe 00 ata hai, to 10 second tak press karke check koro, kuch to error aaye ga. Agar on hone hor 00 ata hai to pcb short circuit ho chupa hain
