I have been making my own purses for about 2 years. I have searched high and low for a tutor who will not speak to me like I am a very new beginner. I am not. Because of you I do not hate pockets with zippers or straps, anymore. Thank you!
That bag is amazing!! Please never apologize for your talking. That's one of the main reasons I love watching your tutorials. Other than the fact that you are the best teacher I've seen, you talk to us when making your videos like we are your friends and that is something that nobody else does. I'm so grateful that you do these tutorials for us and I buy most of the patterns that you do because I know I can create them by watching you. Thank you Tori!!
True! I love Victoria's videos because even though they're chatty and fun, they're also methodical and go through the steps in an orderly way. One of my favorite RU-vidrs and I listen to each one more than once, even if I'm not interested in making that particular bag. RU-vidrs keep me company in the background while I sew or do other things. 😊
I had no need of a bag like this, even though it's really nice - but I enjoyed the video so much that I bought two other patterns by this designer. I have made a bunch of her Ugly Naked Guy Hobo Bags and I think you'd like making a video for that one. I'd be happy to buy the pattern for you, if you're interested. I made the smaller size in cork and the larger one in vinyl and canvas - changed a few things, like I always do, but it's a beautifully shaped bag just as patterned. Thanks for all the videos - you keep me company with your chatter while I'm busy with other things. You're a sweet girl and very funny. 😊

I don’t know if you’ve seen it but I just wanted to give you a heads up that Kmart do double sided tape now. I don’t know if they always have and I just haven’t seen it but I only noticed it about a fortnight ago. It’s 2x 20M rolls for $1.50. I’m all for saving each other a bit of cash 😂 I’ve only used mine a few times but I’ve found it pretty good.
