they are one of the best Japanese metal bands, recently I could see them live and they are still just as powerful live, and they play TEKKEN II , was great, great reaction video!!
Have loved SMG for years now i think my favourite line up of them all was when Circuit V Panther was in the band, His solo's met with Anchang's are pure fucking magic.
You should watch this song live. They are really cool and Anchang's voice is much more powerfull. I actually thought you were understanding the lyrics cause i understand portuguese and didn't ever get it was not english until you refer it xDD

i grew up with loudness being around which is from japan because my dad had records from back when they were new at least in his area they had market penetration but only in the past few years have i really been looking into others
Devilskin from New Zealand is a hard rock band from NZ you should check out. Also I've been a fan of Sex Machineguns since the late 90's. I was bored with everything I was listening to, and was learning a bit of Japanese from friends, and I remembered Japan had a huge punk scene in the 80's and wondered what their metal bands were like. Did an internet search and found a couple of mp3's of various bands. Sex Machineguns was one of them.
dorkandproudofit I think cause none of their songs are in English. If I remember correctly Loudness and X Japan were always invited to Western shows because like half their songs are in English.
Crystal Lake (Prometheus), Each of the Days(Scarface) or SIm(Gunshots) PLZ Finest Japanese Metal! you won't regret listening to Crystal Lake. They are HEAVY as fuck. Esp. for a japanese band.
Breakdown of Sanity. definitely metal/Djent but I think they have enough changes in most of their songs to keep you interested. Maybe not but worth a shot!

thats why this is J-metal, we got more melodies in it more different riffs~~~i mean this is something only asian musics have, including pops or rocks too, it just different culture~~no unrespect~
it depends on the languages, 80's american pop is just so so beautiful, when you listen the pop now days, they only focusing on beats and no more souls in it, but asia pop music is still with souls and melodies, it's just very different, you can't denim~
