this shit need more people to see this because its true and yet sad that some people don't even care how how an act like this can ruin someone whole live and these type of things stick with people most of their lives. So that's why I think more people need to see this, because it can happen to anyone and it happens all the time and every day.

Ok so you can scroll, but this is my story. When I was young about 7 my dad died. My mom then slowly became more toxic. About a year a or so after he died my mom met my step dad. Tim.... he was toxic too. He'd start argument woth my mom then blame me. I felt like I was a mistake. Like u shouldn't of been born. I always thought why me. Orpund the start of last school year I was virtual and it started. He'd touch me. On top, underneath everywhere he could. It would be after my mom went to bed, normally in the living room watching TV. He'd do it in his workshop too. He also would ride his hand up and down my leg in the wrecker. He owned a towing company. I wanted to tell someone, but I was scared. We was a retired police officer. I thought my mom would belive him just like in the arguments. So after at least two months I told my mom. He came out in the middle of me telling her. Whe. He walked back in. She told me that by the look on his face he knew I told her. I told her I was scared that he might come and hurt me when she confronted him. So I was brought to my sisters house I told her and my nephew who is like 10 months younger than me. I stayed the night there. It's been a year I'm receiving therapy and we're pressing charges. The last court date was a few months ago, but he got his lawyer the day before so they rescheduled. I'm back in that dark stage because the same reason that brought me here the first time my moms toxicness. Probably 3 friends at most except for the grade above I love them dearly, but everyone else hates my because of my ex "friend" saying I bullied her.

I’m assuming you’re talking about law. I understand law to a certain extent, and I think it depends on the case that they’re allowed to decline. I don’t know if you can sue the person, but I don’t think they can decline that case. I hope you get accepted.

Obviously some of those scenes were horrendous. Sometimes no means yes though. Its part of play. Cat and mouse. Its like playing kiss and catch at school. Obviously a positive emotion should be involved. Sometimes playing cat and mouse can go to far and the mouse feels scared rather than exited. Sometimes people miss read others. Sometimes people can not communicate their feelings well. Its a good idea to not take things too heart too much and remember forgiveness heals all.. in the end.

it should always be discussed / know the boundaries first if it’s between two people that planned and a safe word. But in all other cases when someone doesn’t answer or says no , it is not consent.
