I think what makes Bart’s interruptions especially annoying is that he seldom has a complete coherent thought he’s trying to interject. Instead, he simply blurts out something incoherent, realizes he has no idea where he’s going, then tries to brainstorm his way out by repeatedly asking: “I wonder, do ya think, do you think…I wonder if, I wonder if you…do you think if…” until he finally stumbles into a complete question that’s only vaguely (if at all) related to the topic at hand.
Don't forget, "Hold on, okay, let's do this... Top Five ____________ (insert whatever he's rambling about so he can give himself the room to talk about 5 things and feel like it's his 'turn' "
