sex scenes that move the plot are very near to my heart, because with the right execution sex or intimacy in general can make the story so much better and the characters so much more interesting. I recommend, if you haven't already seen, In the Cut by Jane Campion, my personal favourite Mark Ruffalo performance, and a goddamn amazing series of sexual exchanges

I have requested to a lot of people about Jab Harry Met Sejal, and now there are film pages on Instagram who shows some clips from that movie, but still no good discussion on that movie, it has a lot of demerits as a film but there is hidden spark in it. One was, There was a scene when both (Harry and Sejal) was about to go intimate but control themselves by saying 'Rolla Pai Jaayega',. It says a lot about how particularly Indians perceive intimacy and sex, that scene was great coming together of psychology+sociology+philosophy which beautifully represented by medium 'cinemalogy'.

You did not dwelve on BDSM in 'Fifty Shades' trilogy and other such movies. Their is a large segment of audience which includes lot of women who enjoy such movies. In Indian context, their is a Bengali movie named "GANDU" which takes sex and nudity to an all different level. I don't know how many have seen this movie from director Q.
I'm just explaining the purpose of nudity and sex, not making a list of films where it is featured. But yes, those are good examples too and worth discussing. :)
