is this a junior leauge? I noticed the speed and movement of these players to be not on par with BWF. Great skills regardless

Yes, it's from the BWF World Junior Championship 2018. Perhaps we'll see more of them in the future.

If it says u19 or anything with a u it’s still junior tournaments but this is the highest tournament a junior player can be
