why does high level gameplay involve so much patience? if walking forward is aggression because being put in the corner is hell, why not stick out buttons looking for the space trap spacing. I know you can get shimmy counter hit by the person walking at you, so typically you wanna vary your approach with jump ins and deep walk in for shorter faster jabs, but still walk up nothing feels like such a waste personally, not even walk up delayed button. Am I missing something? Cause I feel like I'm close to understanding the method behind the madness of high level play.
