He HAS high damage, but you have to drink to install it.

He's an install character, he has that high damage at like lvl3. Alongside his recent buffs, Jamie isn't actually all to bad now. If you look at the second match where Jamie wins, you see how he made Bison too scared to push a button in neutral because Jamie's really good at whiff punishing with his deceptively long kicks. He's not a rushdown like how a lot of people like to play him, he works best in the mid range where he can catch you out and level up to his big damage combos in levels 3 and 4.

I mean that combo was off a parry, anyone’s combo in this game scales like shit there. I do agree though that Bison’s damage is out of control when he has mine. Honestly his main strength is the ability to drain drive gauge really fast. If either of those were tuned down, he’d be more manageable overall.

why? he's not a BS character like JP or luke, bison is almost a fair boy not counting his insane damage and godlike scissor kicks. i'd rather lose to a good bison than a wack ass JP player

@@Seahawkfan1108 a couple reasons tbh, I don’t have him bc I don’t want to buy him in a game I already spent ~£60 on, he’s stupid fast, has anti projectile from anywhere on the screen, as well as it being safe on block for some reason? His scissor kick is so safe on block that he can just spam it in burnout for free, his damage is absolutely absurd, so many of his attacks are safe on block, his loops are insane, he can get level 3 off his anti projectile, he gets setups and block strings off every down… he’s just so so annoying
