This game is very balanced. While some are better than others, everyone can work. Lily has won tournaments in Japan, and Gief has won a tournament in NA.

To add on to that, it's commonly agreed that these 2 chars featured here are among the worst in a competitive sense, so them taking tourneys? Yeah.

Look at the rank. The Lily player has a higher rank. A few players are a bit overpowered (I'm looking at you Ken). I will admit I haven't seen anyone got to finals in a major tournament with Lily.
