My dude, even at master rank these sort of videos are sooo helpful for me. Going into detail about why you choose to do what you do in a match is the kind of content i bin looking for. If you get a chance to upload more like this please do. Sim needs to be constantly refined and explored so the more info thats out there the better. Great job man.
Great guide man. Sim is one of those characters you need to get into with a completely different mentality than the rest of the cast, so having a guide like this breaking down the core strategies and giving some small tips and tech is incredibly useful
Such a great guide, thanks! I got to Master with Ryu today and now switch to Sim because I was getting washed by him so badly in high diamond. This video looks like it is going to take me at least a month to get down in my game. I'm a slow learner. But it's a great start to setting up his weird Donkey Kong puzzle play style.

I've always been better playing rushdown but I've always had more fun with these types of characters I've switched from akuma to dhalsim in SF6 and I'm having a ROUGH time ranking up I placed in plat 2 which is good since my main akuma was only plat 4 but I ranked down almost instantly
nice tutorial. Can you do something about how to defense? When I'm in the corner is so difficult to react to grab/frame traps/shimmy and vertical jumps :(
@4:59 I know this is a 4-month-old video, but even if you don't charge the fireball, you can also drive rush heavy kick punish counter into teleport in fireball wars as long as you look for them throwing a fireball in response to yours.
