I just tested it in the lab. So, when you HP into Level 2, as soon as the Lvl 2 animation starts you are holding the down charge. By the time the animation ends you can release the charge, press HP and immediately press up LK to do vertical ball . Can’t do this kind of cancel regularly it seems

Okay I just did it without the super cancel but the timing is tight
