Mena had no health and was in burnout. He knows Tokido is one of the best players in the world, and will most likely chip him. The only option mena had was to level 1. Tokido didnt think mena would be ready. Menas timing on it was insane.
@gaelfranco8411 Topanga is comprised of the top Japanese pros competing in long sets. Only a genuinely strong character can ever win that tournament because you have nowhere to hide in long sets.

@@EAprima To put it simply, it's a hard read - Zangief's SA1 invincibility lasts longer than an EX DP. If you play Zangief, you have to have the yomi/skills/intelligence to do that a lot to win (more so in SF5 but still needed in SF6).
