when it's jaeyoon and inseong together in a room you know its gonna be legendary jaeyoon did so well as a trainer with the constant shower of compliments. i wish i had a instructor like him. plus got looks and physical. and Inseong is so good in everything including PT been proved today. cant wait to see inseong who won't fit in an elevator and I loved how you both still found a way to bring up fantasy into the conversation.

First off all: thanks to Inseong & Jaeyoon, staff with the cameras & in the mirrors, translators and everybody who contributed in that content making! ❤️ That's one of the best things I saw recently, and with subtitles already! ❤️ About video: aaaaaaaaah! ~ I don't know where to start. If I went to the gym and my personal trainer was Jaeyoon... I would either pass out at the entrance or pull up that 80 kg without noticing... But I would be very concerned, because exercising & seeing Jaeyoon at the same time is really too much for my heart. 😂 Anyway - at the beggining I thought to myself: "Oh, I had exercising in my plans anyway - maybe I will do that today at home". But then I understood I would probably have enough after the very first warm up. 😂 Inseong did it very good, I am impressed! ❤️ When he finished - everything was hurtung me mentally like I was exercising myself, haha. But he made all that with such a cute face in a such a positive manner. It was nice to hear the stories about SF9's daily work out routines. I want to work out too, but I am a little bit scared. 😂💪🏻

I'm really happy to see this video came out, even happier when I saw it's the PT video Inseong used to told us about!😭💛✨ Our Inseong is doing great here both at working out and being adorable as usual. He never fails to make me smile.🥰 All things aside, this video makes me want to start working out again. Seeing fitness influencers workout effortlessly sometimes kind of discourage me, but seeing Inseong here reminds me that working out is not an easy task. It's suppose to be hard at first but that doesn't mean I couldn't do it. I'll be hitting the gym sometime soon, hoping I'll find a trainer like Jaeng too.😉✨ (He's really good at encouraging and supporting his hyung, both physically and morally.
