In the case of Cantilever beam while calculating shear force and bending moment we dont have to find support reactions at the fixed support is there is any such rule because i have seen in some videos they didnt calculated the reaction force at the sopport?
No there is not any any rule u can follow any method. Both methods r correct. One is from support side ( same sign convention ) 2nd is from free side without calculating support reaction ( opposite sign convention)

Sfd = for point load straight vertical, if no load acting between two point load then straight horizontal line. For udl inclined. Practice makes man perfect. Just add upwrd reactions and subtract downwrd loads from left side one by one.
