That was honestly brilliant! A fine demonstration of the characters sadistic nature, while still showing off that ultimately all who’s doi mg is what most animals do: hunting and killing. The only differnce is that animals do it becuase they have too, he dose it because he *wants too.* And give a being with that kind of nature the ability’s off a toon, you have an apex predator. The scene where Cartoon cat actually spoke gave me chills, and the closing shot with the cops and his silloute just smiling in the background was brilliant. Great work!
