You've made some great progress! 2024 one looks really good, but I think the 2023 one had some more interesting looking shots. The lip-syncing looks a little off, too, but I saw your Never Seen us Move preview, and it seems like you got better. Good work, keep it up!
When you're trying to learn how to animate try doing things you're not comfortable with. Make yourself improve your skills. When you fail you can only get better, don't stride for what's easy; make those long animations and push through them. You will feal relieved when you see your progress!!!
