You see a lot of unrealistic things happening in TV Shows, Games, and movies because they aren't needed to show exposition. The point of this animation is the disregard for "honor among thieves", or, quite simply, betrayal. Had the SWAT been shown to convey actual SWAT training, there wouldn't have been a chance to show what the animation was actually getting at, or it would have caused complexity issues in that the audience would be bored of a very long fight sequence that doesn't necessarily contribute to the meaning.

Either A) They don't have more advanced magic to do so./Don't know How B) They can only do one thing at a time (So they used the guns over a shield.) Or C) They are on the offense and choose to attack directly instead of being on the defense to get closer to the target.

While I dislike pony animations, I have to say that this one was well done. Perhaps in the bank you could have used more of the space that was being unused, but overall the story line and the animation that was presented was easy to follow. Good job!

dogeios The fact that it's pony content shouldn't matter; the video could've been good. I clicked it because it looked interesting and I like the song. What did I get? A poorly animated SFM-video with a stale story and pacing that does not fit the song, inconsistent lighting and framing, awful looking details (like the stretched TV-screen and the photograph near the beginning), nonsensical creative decisions, and, to top it all off, a blind fanbase that will defend it DESPITE all this.

I think this is a really nice video. Don’t listen to the haters opinion about this not being a strip club setting. I honestly don’t understand why they would every want that. That thought disturbs me.. but I think it would look even better at night time. Also.. speaking of haters.. they need to know what criticism versus feedback is... Edit: Just to update this year old comment, yes, I was aware the original was in a strip club, but just because the original artist placed it in a strip club does not mean that he needs to do the same. Anime Online the original video included a strip club and more blood + violence and it had a surreal meaning to it. (In the main vid there was a fight in a strip club and the stripper was a goat. Note: Satan is a goat. So technically meaning Satan survives all hardship, even during social massacres.)

You should focus more on the message here. A person of a particular fandom that was built off colorful, cartoon horses from a program mainly directed to small girls from the age of 7-10 tells someone else to "grow up". You're the ones in need of growing up this unhealthy obsession with fictional unicorns. Most of you are between 12-18 and as far as I know you are mainly male. Gender? Well that's the smallest problem here, since there's nothing wrong with having other sexual preferences than the ones you were born with. But age. Jason Dean I'll give you two reasons up front of why people say this is running the song. A: The shitty quality of... well, everything in this video. B:The original was appropriate for the song. "Lonely digging" is the act of going to strip clubs, or hiring prostitutes. Also, half the lyrics of the song are double entandras.

Are you somehow insinuating that the original music video somehow ruins the song because it has a stripper in it? I agree with Aidan Castro; the video is not really all that good, and what goes on in the video does not match the lyrics (despite them trying to make it so by making Vinyl lip sync some of the lyrics).
