In Memory of Midnight. She was a very sweet cat. This video is dedicated in her memory as she had passed at the age of 14 during the making of this video. We love you Midnight.
The idea was based on the second MNHR encounter from Signalis. I started working on this video on February 16th, and got started on working on the map. Frankly the map is not the best looking, but I wanted to focus more on the animation above all else. I wanted to push myself into animating accurate footwork because it was the biggest thing I have always struggled with, and I think the result of that helped me to improve greatly. I did not want a mega polished video like the last projects, as I wanted to detach myself and not bicker over every little detail and delay releasing it. I think overall, I am happy with how this turned out, and am excited to see what else I come up with this year.
