SFRE: Your Interview 

The special forces readiness evaluation is a job interview like none other
Candidates from units across the country will have just under 56 hours to screen for The opportunity to be trained and prepared for Special Forces Assessment and Selection.
Unique to the Army National Guard, this readiness evaluation puts applicants In front of Operational Green Berets who assess their physical and mental capacity for a place in Special Operations.
