What I like about Prizm , is how he immersed himself into the character! Dude was Master with Ibuki but as soon as Ed came out he just went straight to rank, lost a tone of points; and now he is back to the top!! Awesome uploads as usual!!
Seeing a lot of "wasn't he already master rank?" Comments. Yes he was with Ibuki but then he switched to Ed losing a lot of points. You can see at the beginning of the video he's in Ultra Diamond but after beating Bonchan he moved up to Master
Ed is EXTREMELY easy to use in terms of a character and how well you can pull off moves. It's both good and bad in terms of skill and what a character is in modern SF games.
I really hope someone else in Master rank will pick up Ed. I feel he will more to the new DLC as it will come out. (As he did up until now with all the DLC)
Mappy Bc Karin is left alone for the lack of tier updates, never seen a community have so much denial for a versatile character than can combo off anything and dish out so much damage but yet ryu got hate just because of his shoryuken smdh. Geif should definitely be top since sfv major flaw is lack of defensive options that he's meant to poop on.
This isnt a master Ed... its a Master player who has earned master with his main.. and now hes playing a bit of Ed.. he already had the points probably lol
He lost a LOT of points after the switch, but regained them with Ed. Imagine learning, or trying to learn a new character and having to go through the trials of doing this against people that uses their MAINS at that level. I guess this vid could be called proof that he actually fought with Ed to get there instead of just switching right off.
"Was" being the key word. He lost a lot of points after the switch and had to get them back with a character he was relatively new to. Tall order, I'd say.
umaRFTW that call the piano and negative edge tech. you press the three buttons and then hold it all three and then release all three one after another. that should givr you 6 inputs
is a really old tech to have more inputs like in the likes of reversal DPS in SF2, but since reversal windows big enough in sfv, there no need for that. but this tech work for ed
So this means that every character in the game now has an appearance in top 16 of a premiere event and at least a Master rank player. Not bad for a game many consider poorly balanced.
MrDarkknight914 Your opinion of this game is hardly original, in fact is rather popular. Aren't you a sheep yourself? Or maybe, just maybe, you can share the same opinion as others without being a follower, imagine that.
Atmosph3r3 that's my point exactly though, it isn't like he used ed to get master so why is he emphasized as "the first ed to hit master" more like the "first master to play games with ed."
Yeah, it takes away from actual "xyz rank ed" players. Like that dude who went to diamond with Abigail in one day. That's the only diamond Abigail currently.
Exactly this is not legitimate as he didn't start from the bottom with ED, but I always said he's the best ED. My point still stands. I've seen ED players that start from Rookie to Super Plat, that's legit.
He used to play Ibuki in Season 1 and pretty much discovered most of the tech. He switched to Kolin after getting frustrated with people Calling Ibuki top tier. He dropped to super diamond when he started playing ED and ranked right back up to Master. If you can go from 20,000 to 30,000 with ED then that's legit.
