Hi. In today's video I'll show you how to make a 12v to 220v Power Inverter. The circuit is built upon the SG3525 PWM IC which has some amazing features for a Switch Mode Power Supply Regulator IC. It takes in 10-15Volt and steps this up to 220-320V High Frequency AC, which is then rectified by a Fast Switching Diode Bridge to get Usable HV DC at 220-320V. The output voltage can be Adjusted from 220V to 320V making this Power Supply Suitable for applications in many areas such as DIY projects, Emergency Power Lighting etc. I hope you enjoy this video, and if so, make sure to LIKE, SHARE, SUBSCRIBE and Leave a Comment.

Can you make a video on the 220Vdc output to 50Hz Ac using bootstrap. I tried building one. It works well with 48V but not working well with my 220 dc- DC output

This is not an inverter, it is a DC -DC step up power supply 12V to 230V

The output voltage from pin 11 and 14 of this IC with respect to ground is 5v and 5 volts is not sufficient to drive mosfets so how can i overcome this challenge do I need mosfets driver?

When I connect feedback to pin 1 and ground pin the IC shut's down my feedback voltage is 6.5v I connected pin 2 to pin 16 but I didn't connect pin 9 please can you tell me why the circuit shut's down when I add a feedback

I would like to use resistors instead of those 110v zenner diodes, How can we do that?

You can, but this will not provide galvanic isolation between the primary and secondary. If you want, just use a resistor divider network with the reference going to the optocoupler.

What are you using the type of ferrit transformer ?

Thats an Iron cored transformer. Ferrites are for high frequencies, like 20000 and above

voltage yes, current will require current regulation either on the primary side or on the output side.
