I feel like I said everything that I needed to win this video. Again, I truly feel like this action figure sold itself. If you are debating on anything, then you most definitely should not be. This SH Figuarts Dragon Ball Z Super Saiyan Trunks: The Boy From The Future Action Figure is without a doubt, a dragon ball action figure that must be added to your collection if you are into the line. It is almost flawless and the aesthetics are outstanding. Truly everything regarding this figure is almost incredible and I have not been able to put it down ever since I pulled it out of the packaging. This is a Figure that is going to stand the test of time for sure. Do not miss out on it! Man I love everything about this figure, new updated body is amazing and I'm loving the way they engineered the new sword sheathing set up. Don't care about the scaling and any of that because there are too many ups about this figure to even hate on it. Great review Ace as always

I'm so glad Figuarts is scaling up. Their figures were always too small. Now they'll fit in with pretty much everything else. Yor and Lloyd Forger were also scaled up, I think it was to fit with Anya, but maybe they're just doing it in general.

This is the Figuarts Dragon Ball renewal figure I’ve wanted more than any Goku or Vegeta, I can’t wait for mine to come in a few days time. I hope they do an accessory pack for this figure like the new Goku accessory pack that’s coming out soon. I’d love to see them include more interchangeable face expressions for the base head, a pair of flesh color arms to have as a jacket-removed Trunks (with black shoulder filler pieces to go with the bare arms), and effects for Burning Attack and sword slashing

This figure looks phenomenal and gorgeous, as for the height trunks stands about (170cm)5'7 while gohan stands about 5'9.5 (176cm) also the extra front hair piece could pass of as SSJ 2 since in the games and db heroes trunks' ssj 2 looks the same as ssj2 with the front bangs slightly up.

Im so excited for mine. Should have had him by now but japan had that dang golden week this week. I do gotta say i disagree and feel there was definitely a widespread qc issue with this guy and his left arm cause every review ive seen the same left arm would come off when posing and the other arm was always fine. And the people in these reviews werent man handling it. I dont think it should be normalized that its okay for shf to do that from now on cause their figures for the most part have been secure when it comes to that. Hopefully its an easy fix tho.

It is a quality control issue. I have the figure and his arm pops off easily when posing. Not only that on my figure the left leg is super loose making it hard to stand.

He's amazing but with the QC issues on the left arm on alot of people's copies and the floppy legs, it's not gonna be figure of the year. This year's figure to beat will be Frieza 2nd form and I don't see anything beat it this year personally.

i just got mine, that arm is definitely a quality control issue..it wont come off immediately but in just a few turns, it will, even if youre not pulling it..that means you should always push it up the shoulder everytime you turn it..not acceptable..the hips are so wobbly..not acceptable either..guys, lets not lower our standards when it comes to these types of things, its price is low compared to other sh figuarts but its still a high price for a small toy..this price range shouldn't have these issues..

Damn I been dreading getting mine in a few days because I've been hearing about this arm issue from every person who's posting pics of him, and I was thinking it was the whole arm popping out of the socket in the the torso. Like you said that shit ain't even a real QC issue, looks to me like the peg just isn't super deep. I'm back to full hype

Trunks is only 2-3 inches shorter than Adult Gohan so he shouldn't be THAT much shorter but this figure definitely feels a tad taller than he should. That or they've been underscaling Goku and Gohan lmao Edit: Great review btw and now I'm so tempted to get back into the line

Damn, Besides Goku, Trunks is my fave and sold the OG one, kept the Super version when I stopped with SHF DB figs a few years ago and kept like 10 figures/don't display them, I got a bunch of Banpresto repping my DB love but this figure is really nice.

Great review I would say they’re getting AWAY from a true 1/12 scale and closer to legends scale which is 1/12 scale plus a half inch or so.

Yeah Goku and Gohan are the same height. But I also remember Gohan being taller than Goku when I was younger. Trunks should literally be right in between Goku and Vegeta in terms of height.

I feel like we will be getting a 3.0 Goku soon and that's the reason why the event exclusive was the Warrior Awakening repaint, they needed an excuse to reuse that mold and make some quick cash for the new Gokus. We have a lot of Gokus already but unfortunately they look small compared to the newer bodies, so we need a new main Goku asap. Oh, by the way, there's another running issue with this figure. The lower torso is backwards in some. I noticed yours comes like that, too. These two folds in the back are meant to be in the front.
