MAN!!! I just finished this anime like a week ago (I am very late to it I got a backlog lol) and looking up the figures to get them so far they are all amazing I can't wait to get my hands on them
definitely need the speed demon hoshina to get a better abb crunch, it's pretty much required to pose him like we see in the manga and anime. Mina is still an amazing looking figure with even better accessories than Reno, even if she lacks articulation. really hope we get her tiger as an shf zero or figure later on in the line. great review Ace.
I received Mina last week, and I’m pretty happy with her overall. Getting Bakko (the white tiger) packed in with her would have been cool, but I realize that’s not realistic, at least not this early in the game. I feel pretty confident that we’ll get Hoshina, but I see him as the last of the “Tier One” characters (at least based on the anime). If sales are exceeding expectations, then I can see them move onto the “Tier Two” characters. If sales are just meeting or falling short of expectations, I think Tamashi will move on. I think Tamashi’s strategy may be to have a handful of evergreen lines for properties that have stood the test of time and then cycle in lines for properties that are new and hip and sticking to the main characters. If I had to choose, I would rather have less figures from more properties than more figures from less properties, so that works for me. Honestly, I’m just happy to see SHF covering so many different anime properties in general. It was a void that needed to be filled with figma first shifting their focus to mobile phone games and virtual online personalities and now dying a slow death.
I have her posed currently without the stand. Basically the bottom left pose on the back of the box. Do you think the weight of the weapon will cause any stress over time? I made sure it's balanced and doesn't wobble when you pick it up and set it back down. Just slightly paranoid.
