Delila Vasquez, 20, was shot the in the head in an empty third-floor apartment on Hull Ave. in Norwood on Monday, leaving her family hobbled with grief. Police say Vasquez was inside the apartment near E. Gun Hill Road about 10:10 p.m. when someone shot her in the head. Cops rushed Vasquez in a squad car to Jacobi Medical Center, where she died. Several people, all believed to be Blood members, left the building after the shooting and a gun was tossed out a window, authorities said. “Whoever did this needs to pay,” Vasquez’s uncle Daniel Duffy, said. “We aren’t those people that wish harm but this is tragic.
