YALDA is the DAY OF MITRA DEVA in the form of sun. It is Makar Sankranti of Iran. It is an ancient Indo-European holiday. In Europe it is called Juld, Jul, Jold, Yul, Yuld.... Christmas is actually Yalda/Yule. The name was changed after Roman colonization of Europe. Everywhere from India to Europe, there are temples of Mitra.
Yes, I also was thinking Makara sankranti is so similar to Yalda. We all are same. This religions and boundaries separate us. We have to go ahead and be together 😍
namaste to you both from Cape Town. All Love and Blessings. I can't stop watching....Your blog is so good . Am enjoying , and most of all, it is heart warming to see how both of you relate to each other...so kind ,considerate, and loving to each other. May you be blessed with a long happy life together.
3:15 Bita, Iranians are mostly mix of Elamite and Aryan. Indians are a mix of Andaman, Elamite, Aryan and East Asian. Since Aryans were first an Indo-Iranian group, you will see more of that DNA in western India (Kashmir, Himachal, Haryana, Uttarakhand, Punjab and Gujarat). But we are all mixed to different percentages. In Kashmir there were less Andaman mixed in, so you see more fair skin. Andaman is where our dark skin genes come from.
The word "Shab" is also get used in Hindi as same meaning "Night".... There is a famous Bollywood song... " Tuhi meri shab hai subah hai Tuhi din hain mera Tuhi mera rabb hain jahan hai Tu hi meri duniya...
bita in this celebrations sing your song"jamal jamal" since it is your countries song.....for your subscribers' in your voice...... bai.....from tamilnadu.....
Happy Shab-E Yalda ! Why do Iranian sits and eat on the floor, any specific reason ? Yes there was mixing from Indo european via central asia route to north part of india but the mixing was vey less. It was visa versa...cheers !
Mam I was wondering how will a Irannian celebrate who is settled in Southern Hemisphere because it is the longest day of the year on 21st Dec & it is summer there at this part of the year. I think the old civilization did not have an idea there is a place on Earth on southern Hemisphere.
Maybe, but everything has reason. They understood after this day, sunlight will be more during day and it will be good for crops. That's how they started celebrating this festival.❤️
You got us wrong. If you watch video carefully, We said all religion people celebrate this festival in Iran. We did research on it. This festival started during Zoroastrian religion. Even if you search you will understand. Thank you 🌸.
@@nirvanabliss73In medival times there was no see route and if out of Africa is true then there was no one in the Tibetan pass untill hummans arrived through Afghanistan to Punjab and Tibet , see route , there is no see route to India 30 thousand years to 2000 years , its only by Romans the first see route was opened , 1500 years ago to present day Karnataka , so only khybar pass was the way in , from Africa to middle East to India
@@karticksharmapro1523 When you say ‘medical’ times I guess you mean medieval times but am not sure which years you are talking of. But out of Africa humans are supposed to have arrived in India along the coastline, far from the Khyber pass. Romans did not ‘open’ the first sea route. The Indus Valley inhabitants, much prior to the Roman trade, traded by sea and their goods have been found in Egypt, Iraq etc. Khyber pass was not the only way in into India even prior to the existence of Homo Sapiens in India. Actually the Khyber pass is not the only pass also. There is Bolan pass and many other passes too.
