I can feel for you...I'm currently writing a book called 'Setbacks Are Set-ups for Comebacks' documenting my journey from winning drug-free powerlifting nationals in July 2021 (despite tearing both shoulders during the bench press I set a couple world records in the deadlift) to having both shoulders repaired in Oct. 2021 and July 2022 to winning six gold medals while setting 11 world and 13 national records at my 'comeback' meet on Sep. 1, 2023! A bull got me down and broke my hip when I was 15. I had it fully replaced when I was 29. I wish I had some it way sooner. I’m 41 now and my hip is still holding up fine. Take your time and get this right cowboy you got lots of years left . I figure you’ll win Houston! Go get ‘em champ!
You have to take care of yourself, that’s the most important thing. You’ve proven to the world you are one of the best calf ropers ever, and that you can set the arena record at the NFR 😂. Keep grinding!
There are alternative practitioners who do AMAZING things with rebuilding shoulders, hips, etc....without drugs or surgery! Completely rebuild them and reform them. I've seen it done. Don't listen to allopathic doctors, they are very limited in their training.
