if a man got job for 4 years at a foreign country and married a woman and they decide in front of hundreds of people that the man will give talaq to his wife after 4years and will be back to his home country. In the course of 4years they got 4 children. who will take care of those 4 children for 22years until they are ready to be independent according to you. Please reply.
