It slows enemies instead. It also speeds up allies instead of stopping them.

It is literally stupid OP to do that. 8 second slow that infinitely stacks. If you hit 3 razes you already deal like 300 in not more DMG lvl 1, they are 30% slow, you aa them to death or force them back till lvl 2 at least. Repeat until they feed you. Also retarded amount of armor lvl 1 so aa trades are worthless against you. This Facet needs nerfed fast, sf is supposed to be a mid-late game hero with a lackluster Laning stage but with this he is probably the strongest midlander rn.
