Final Countdown (Legendary Flail and Shield), Chelicerae (Legendary Whip Katars) are the only weapons that have only 1 move. But in present, they have now 2. For Whip Katars: Pursuit. For Flail and Shield: Jaw Breaker. Pursuit is better than Flogging move. And Jaw Breaker is way more better and cooler than Banishing.

Have you tried playing on raids? When you play raids, you will get void keys to open void chest. That's the only way you can get special moves, perks, and materials (chrysonite, magmium) this materials can upgrade your moves to maximum rarity
