Looks like many people are not paying attention to the title of the video "top 3 most dangerous sets." ■ predator sets: judge, nightmare & Spectre Are the set bonuses that can inflict damage to the enemy at any time during the match ● Survivor sets: abdicator and starchaser require losing all the HP to be active, they are not predators since you can finish the match without using the set bonus. ⛔ strategy sets: Liquidator and void Warden are dependent on the shadow energy of the enemy, you can finish a round without using the set bonus ■ Shadow energy sets: condensing eraser and Guardian dragon are not deadly predators. 》 JUDGE, SPECTRE and Nightmare are the three sets that can destroy enemies within seconds they are the most dangerous ones
I definitly agree with you, altough, I still wanna get the Gloomy Spectre because I can use the claws in my opinion and I love that weapon. Torturous Nightmare is a better damager in some cases and you can indeed make stunning combo mix ups.
Just one question about the divine judge: i notice you seem to prefer the "geyser" Shadow attack, as I call it. In my opinion it its better to use the ranged weapon Shadow ability, because it deals a lot of damage at close range and creates a nice opening for an heavy attack for example
If Liquidator set fight against Judge set, Liquidator will have big advantage cuz Judge set start with no shadow energy, and if Judge gets hit, the shadow bar will be decreased to zero and Liquidator can deal 50% bonus damage. However this's only true when encountering skilled player. I can't wait for Nekki to release pvp mode in sf3 so we can find out which is the best set
Not going to be very easy the herald critical charge can break the legion defense. Also HERALD amplification, aphotic barrier and transfusion can all help against a liquidator.
Even though the story says that the Erasers are their best defence than liquidators I can't see how they are better. Their set bonus doesn't really help.

My Favorite set in whole game is DIVINE JUDGE 😍😍. Because Iam expert in using Iaido Katana and destroy every single enemy with Kenjustu to Windmill combo.
With the divine judge, you can do a demolishing combo using kenjutsu attack, then sword's shadow attack, heavy attack, back sword's attack and, for last, back shadow attack. Is a combo that can easily make a lot of damage in any enemy, and if you are fast at the start of the battle it can be a winning movement. Also you can make the sword's shadow attack the second time and repeat the combo making it double.
All the three sets you mentioned are my favorite. But right now I have only four sets , divine judge , gloomy spectre , scrouge liquidator and festival king . I still like all my sets.

I'm missing the dagger for the gloomy Spectre, but from my use of it Scrapper would be ideal for combos of 3. Distance yourself and preform the combo, Almost always ends up with a combo of 6 I've had it go up to 8 before. Once you get constant chains going Indifferent clone for example is Toast. he can do nothing but suffer multiple stab wounds.
In my opinion nightmare and judge are almost equal. Nightmare deals extremely high damage over time, but even judge is fantastic considering you need just 3 attacks and then you shoot shards at your opponent like a shogun and even create an opening for an heavy attack. This strategy is one of my favourite
I completely agree with your selections, Hulksden. It is true when you chose divine judge as second due to the weapon itself in my opinion. For me, Iaido katana is difficult for me to master.
I think,, Abdicator : the best set... Because when Abdicator attack , it becomes invincible, it's attacks are very dangerous And when your health is finished: you have 2x damage for 10 second..
The reason why star chaser is my favorite set is 1-it can launch the enemy backward for easier escape 2-it gives 10+shadow regeneration to last longer to fight especially the indifferent clone and shadow azuma
Not gonna lie, Gloomy Spectre might be my Favorite, because I use the Claws Evertime, Favorite weapon of all time, just find a Perfect window to open up an attack, spam spinning attack or basic attack, special attacks are good too
Torturous Nightmare is my favorite too, not only because of the set bonus, also because it looks amazing and the moves are awesome too, so much combo potential for lots of extra damage with Wolverine and Flurry
I don't have Torturous Nightmare helm yet 😢 So excluding that set, my favourite sets are Void Warden (#3), Liquidator (#2), Star Chaser. #3 looks cool XD. Also the contamination works pretty well against normal bosses. #2 is OP against Monkey King. Pendulum + Berserk + Shadow Burn + Uninterrupted Session + Rock is strong against almost anyone. #1 is the ultimate safety net set. Even if you have lost twice against a boss in an event switching to this set will guarantee a win if Rising Tide and Spurt level is high. Dadao + Accusation does a lot of damage and restores a lot of SE using Rising Tide. Chakram Shadow ability makes it lot more formidable. Divine Judge isn't in my top 3 cause I'm a noob with Fate's End 😭. I used the set like anything when it had Kusarigama and it was OP af. Spectre is pretty good but not my top 3!
I main gloomy spectre in my opinion it is extremely easy to keep 50% damage for the whole match once you practice it enough and it is the best/my favorite set in the game.
Divine Judge set is best, it can destroy any set within second if you know how to use it, every front and back attack of fate's end give a combo of 3 and activates your shadow and if you have kenjutsu or thorn ability, it is the best and deadliest set in the game
The Divine Judge set is somewhere between the 2nd and the 1st place.It really depends on the skill and your techniques.If you use the Fate's End with proper skill,you can easily win.But,please don't spam(bad idea).
In My Opinion My Most Favourite Sets Are 1st Torturous Nightmare 2nd Divine Judge 3rd Shadow Artisan Set It's Really Very Good The Set Does Insane Damage I Think It's Good
New player here, I have the judge set, liquidator, abdicator, steel Sakura, i find the judge set to be the best for me. It allows abuse of amplification perk and if you get used to the time tomb perk, charged crit and and do a heavy hit the damage output and the after effects is insane.
Abdicater is better for events. Because I won the event fights without a single lose with abdicater. So it's amazing. Legion is better for eclipse rule. It's my opinion 😁
Divine judge with amplification is op but still number 3 Number 2 is the void warden set, the Chelicerae is a great weapon and its really easy to contaminate your enemies shadow energy. Number 1 is the torturous nightmare beacouse its so op lol.

Yes i totally agree withyour classification. Thats absolutely true about the because the katana is not so awesome to use until u the legendary move. And ya combos too play a lot.
Divine judge set is my first set completed in june's plane, and the void warden set in the final lucky board rewards from winter frenzy 2.0 Easily divine judge set one of my favorite sets in heralds, never disappoints me.
Spectre is so deadly against anything that can't counter it (Legionaries are a temporary fix until they know pounce can counter and escapes unbreakables). If you don't counter Spectre, you are easily gonna lose to their ranged shadow move and the grab. Against a Spectre, you can either destroy them if they don't know how to use the Cyan Talons or they can destroy YOU and get a perfect on the first round.
This is late but the strategy to the claw is to use feral fury at the start of the game so that you can get the 3 stacks and use the back attack more often especially if your combo is broken
I have only one legendary set with bonus, that is void warden set. But there are few other weapons using which I can fight better than void warden set even without any bonus
My oppinion is 3.the ghost set 2. The torchorous nightmare and 1.the divine judge. I took this because the judge set is for me the best oppinion I can easily do a 3 combo attack because I am really defensive. If the enemy comes to me I am dogging forward then I am grabbing him and pull him down and then the down attack of the katana. :)
I absolutely love the claw set. I LITERaLLy difeated mother death on all 3 rounds with PERFECT. I am a herald by birth. I love the claws. U just have to be careful with the heavy strike
I am using divine judge with all compatible abilities 👉 amplification+deterrence+shadow remedy+transfusion+aphotic barrier+👈 kenjutsu+interference+time bomb And it gives me perfect victory , divine judge set is no.1 for event fights
My favourite way to use the divine judge is to first use thorn with the katana, and after the shadow energy is fully charged, use the porcupine ability. The enemy will most likely fall to the floor and u can dash and go for a strong attack. Rinse and repeat
Position 3: divine judge Position 2: torturous nightmare because not many people have it Position 1: gloomy spectre because I have been using that set for a long time and I know how to master it's abilities
I love divine judge set because of 1 thing, you can re-enter the shadow Form many times per match and such perks as Trasfusion, Apothic Barrier and Amplification are so op with it. 1. Apothic barrier(rare armor perk) allows you to fight against higher lvl players or higher difficulty bosses because of the damage reduction for 5 seconds after exiting the shadow form 2.Transfusion (legendary armor perk) gives you constant heal because you can use shadow abilities as often as you want(if you know how to combo) 3.Amplification (Epic Helm perk) gives you 30% more damage for the first ability after entering shadow mode, because of the divin judge set u can only use 1 ability per charge so u get basically 30% more shadow ability damage
