Passive play is when you’re being very patient and timing your attacks perfectly when in the neutral and constantly reading your opponent and beating them in the space game. Camping is when you simply just turtle back the whole time and spam fast attacks to keep your enemy away and rely on them getting impatient and moving in against you fast so you can counter them. There’s a difference. Most people don’t do what I mentioned in the beginning. They just turtle back and back and when you get close spam the fastest attack. They are absolutely not passive players but complete unskilled campers
Hi! Here's a story I wrote. The story is heavily based on "The last fortress", written by a dude on the Legion Hero Marcus video. I really like it, and I wouldn't write anything if he didn't write anything, so check his story as well, it's really good!
The last Bulwark Jack "Bulwark" Home. A fitting nickname, he thought, as he watched with his brother, the Scout Alexander, the wall of the Legion's fortress about to collapse under the fury of the nomads, led by Polluce and Jet, and the shadow beasts. He tried not to think about the soldiers on the front line, the ones who went into battle led by general Gizmo without thinking twice. Their purpose was to sacrifice themselves, a great and noble purpose, indeed, but one that threatened to leave Jack alone against the beasts. He tried not to think of the liquidators, sent to stop the order of shadow monks led by the corrupted Shang, now more shadow than flesh, who, after years in the service of the Shadow Mind, had been completely subjugated by that evil energy. The monks, mutated by that dark force, their minds corrupted by the Shadow Mind, were a separate army, sadly on the wrong side, costing the Legion resources and paving the way for the beasts. Shang was then backed by the two sisters Yukka and Yena, or as she is more often called, Midnight or the Executioner Herald, and by a part of the army of the revived Heralds, commanded by Kibo, the Marked, and her sensei, the shadow shaman Ling, now very old but still capable of fighting. The only allies that remained with Jack by now were the Void Wardens and the Torturous Nightmares: huge resources, but nothing more than mindless cyborgs without will. All the liquidators had fallen, the news reached the fortress at sunset when the signal Kate had to give did not arrive; and who knew what happened to his other allies. Oh Kate, daughter of the most powerful liquidator Seigfreid, and powerful liquidator herself, who together with her father commanded her unit, and also fought alongside the herald Azuma and his doctors, desperately trying to defeat a force that was born in the shadows and that until the shadow had existed, it would have been immortal. He, Kate, Seigfreid, the noble Helga with her abdicators, even Azuma and the sought-after Otto "Sarge" Hyme, who most of all know the benefits of shadow energy if used well, all of them weren't fighting in the name of their despised king, the fallen hero and mad bloodthirsty tyrant Shadow, who had made even the legionnaries addicted to shadow energy, much less of Shadow's stupid puppet, Gizmo. They fought to the last breath for their own life, for the Legion, and for what they believed in from the day the Light brought them into the world: the Shadow Mind was evil, and it had to be destroyed, no matter what the Descendant thought, who unfortunately was fighting against them. For noble purposes, of course, but everyone's feeling was that even the Descendant, the strongest warrior in the whole Region along with his father, seemed only the hand that carried out what the Shadow Mind, the evil incarnate, commanded. Mind that had corrupted, in addition to the Descendant, also their best general, the forgotten hero, who had gone over to the side of the enemy. He tried not to think about Marcus, who to be honest wasn't changed by Shadow Mind. He hadn't been well since returning from the Legion's fortress a decade ago, where he had seen all his certainties collapse, where the very concept of life and death had been questioned. After having seen the body of the Legion queen Iolanda, who had solved in the worst possible way the doubts about the twin sisters, about the secrets that the capital hid, about the Sphere and Bolo; after seeing his father Tiberius and other ancient heroes come out of the Wheel of History, as the flaming portal inside the Legion fortress had been called, summoned by the abdicator Reinhard, which caused the Civil War of Time which destroyed the Legion from within; and after discovering that the aforementioned war was just a diversion wanted by Shadow to be able to return undisturbed to the past, to take command of what remained of the faction that he himself had created, and destroy the Dynasty and the Heralds to command the whole Region with tyranny... Well, after all this he went completely mad. The glitch in which Bolo had trapped him returned: evidently it had never left his body, it just had to have a pretext to come out again, to bend to its will a man who had never bent in his life, at the cost of breaking. And after ten years of glitch and madness, seeing the catastrophe that had struck the Legion, now split in two between the allies of Shadow and those of his Descendant, the clangs of his massive sword had ceased at the call of the twilight, the battlefield filled with silence despite the growls of the beasts, and the general turned away to go to June, who despite being now empress of the resurrected Legion's arch enemy, the Dynasty, had become his ally. June also had her own army, commanded by Captain Phang, who ardently wanted to avenge the death of his mentor, Master Okada, who sacrificed himself to save his life. It was Gizmo who killed him, and Phang couldn't wait to meet him on the battlefield to return the favor. But to do that, he needed Marcus, who unfortunately would have helped him.
Both sides knew perfectly well the tactics of the opponents, since both had captured weak and mean men who had quickly given in to save their butt: Shadow received information from Kamal, a former student of the Dragon Mentor killed by the Torturous Nightmares before, and former commander of the nomads together with Polluce then, who had immediately shown himself happy to change sides and betray Jet and Polluce to gain the favor of the tyrant. The former Dynasty warlord as well, Deng Rao, since his rebellion and his failed attack to the Legion ten years earlier, once freed from the legionnary prisons had begun to blurt out all the techniques that the Emperor of the Dynasty first, and his daughter June then could have used against Shadow. The Descendant, on the other hand, had to his side Greta, Gizmo's sister, who however had every reason in the world to go against Shadow and her monstrous brother, and the Ambassador of the Legion, who instead had been captured and immediately begged for mercy in exchange of valuable information, when up until then he had been the one to cause a lot of problems to the Descendant. To be honest, Shadow's son also had Xiang Tzu, or Xander the Immortal, as he called himself, among his prisoners. But he didn't trust him: he was sure that Xiang Tzu would have given him false news and fake secrets only to see him fall at the hands of his father, given the burning hatred the former Galen's student felt for him since the Hundred Schools Tournament of the Dynasty, in which he had lost in the final against the Descendant himself eleven and a half years ago. Therefore, the number of informants and information available to the parties was identical. Despite this, countless Shadow soldiers had lost their lives, many more than those of the Descendant, but Jack would have protected what remained to be protected. It was his duty, and he was sure that his determined spirit would have helped him and his companions, protectors of the Legion, to do their job and protect his brother and the weak from nomads and beasts. Also because he did not know how the clash between the erasers, the legionnary shadow army created by Shadow, and the other part of the forces of the Heralds, commanded by Itu and Bolo, had ended. Bulwark lowered the shield he had raised to protect his eyes, and looked with a barely disguised fur. There, completely shrouded in shadow, was the Descendant, nothing more than a pawn in the Mind's game, which was residing in his body. He waved his dark blue and gold katana, given to him by Bolo and the Heralds, and Jack noticed the black and gold throwing axes given to him by Sarge and the Legion tied to his hips; he noticed the plume of his black and gold helmet, given to him by Galen and the Dynasty, pointing the dark sky; and noticed his black armor, with reinforced plates and a drawn golden dragon, symbol of the three factions united to create the perfect being. The Descendant was all it would have been if Legion, Dynasty and Heralds had united into one great country. He was regal, sinuous and powerful, like a slim lion which, however, had eaten to his fill; and surrounded by beasts, he seemed an ideal king: strong, brave, with a pure soul. Surely, much better than Shadow, the traitor to the principles of the Legion and the Light, whom almost everyone hoped to see dead in the worst possible way. Jack had in front of him an excellent warrior and commander, but on the wrong side of the battle. He could not allow the Descendant to kill Shadow and take command, not with the help of the Mind who was using him for its own purposes as a puppet: it would have meant the end of the world that everyone, not just the legionnaries, knew. After deflecting yet another shadow beast cast upon him, Jack Bulwark let out a desperate battle cry, and swung his flail and shield, with determination and magic running through him protecting him as he became the fortress. This was the hill he would die on.

I think that they are semi-campers, they go back and retreat only when is necessary.They are tending to play passive, because, probably is easier for them, but, they also knew how to play agresive.
Beating campers and spammers is the best part, very satisfying, the inner peace after seeing the campers getting rekt is soo cool, CGz bro, well played💛
Campers is sort of players who simply go back, and waiting you to make a mistake, instead of fighting. Passive play - STAYING in one place, and waiting opponent to come close, and using defensive attack. Jack Bulwark is good choice i think Agressive play - absolute agression. Almost no tapping back but, just only attack. Best way to play agressive, is to play with Lynx, Bulwark and Ironclad in my opinion. This is my own opinion about these playing and strategies. But I can't even say, that camping is strategy. People who camp, is jus scared of you, because you are stronger lol) The play I hate is when players playing with OP characters and CAMP. The most annoying thing in this game.
I can relate to this. Somehow I feel better to play passive as Bulwark instead of going aggro (not camping to the corner of the arena ofc. Just stand still and react to opponent's movement)
In passive gameplay player walks back and forth to maintain a certain distance from the opponent so they can dash n grab whenever they find an opening. But in camping player keeps on walking back until their opponent does an attack which is punishable on block or they try to reach the corner.
Passive playing(against a good opponent) is the perfect form of camping in my opinion. They are way more difficult to beat Passive playing against campers is called strategic playing
A friendly tip for using jack bulwark: If you think the opponent is going to kick you after you knocked them down, use the down attack. It also works while they are in the corner, as upper attack isn't always going to hit sadly. Great video!
GG yt bro passive player are those who play defensively only when there health is very low or there facing spammers, they attack to counter and block enemy attacks they give chance to enemy to attack 1st and counter there attack in the btw there moved. they perfectly read opponent and can predict which move there Gona do and they make strategy Campers wait for u to attack going backward so that u miss and btw Ur cool down they can punish u they cannot counter attacks only do when Ur vulnerable only have 1 strategy rubb there ass along with wall does not read moves only spam fastest attack of character available to punish u they does not have courage and are not skillfull only use broken character most of the time give me heart and reply me if u like my 😎😎analysis
I like being passive player. Trying to read enemy to see his flaws so i can throw myself forward for grabs when enemy doesn't expect that, doing "Attack into block->Fast leg hit" combo against slow opponents and e.t.c. Everyone should develop their style
Tip:If lyxn have demonic power and smoke bomb is still in CD after grabing the enemy...... His normal extended atk can actually reach the enemy........

While bulwark command grab, Bulwark upper attack will not do any damage to opp. only it will do damage if opponent choose to roll back and SF arena team should do something
First thing..if you defeat any camper send tons of emotes to mock them It feels so good while watching Second..when you are away from the opponent u never use ranged weapons(in first match) ..i think u forgot to use😉BTW amazing content as always❤️

i feel like campers are just genuinely very unskilled players who hasnt even played sf2 or sf3 and are scared to heck because u might obliterate them, i think this cause i fought a player who has lvl 6 Kibo, lvl 5 hong joo and lvl 7 ling, he keep backing away from my lvl 4 Kate
i guess sometimes it's not their fault in a way as some characters are built in way to be campers to others ( helga / ling / beast ) for example beast can't do shit against jack ..... i think nekki need some huge adjustments to the heroes and finding a way to punish camping players like changing the frame data for moves that allows you to attack and camp or block breaker for others that allows them to just wait until the opposite opponent to attack
@@GOODGAMEYTube Which is forward for forward for forward throw or back for back throw,but for some reason,when you are at the corner and the opponent is close to you,using the back direction making it forward throw since you cannot throw your opponent "INTO" the wall(by Banzai and Nekki). Banzai(the true creators of the shadow fight and vector games) made this after the new Epic Jet Skin. Btw,Nekki are just publishers,Banzai are the ones that created the game.
How to defeat yukka, is there a way bro? Reason - when I play good her cat interrupts my attack 2 - If I go near yukka, camper spams special attack. 3. I am bad at using iron clad and Jack bulwark

I sometimes play passive and the first one was a camper and the second one was a passive player till he took helga and the third one was a emperor camper We don't back off eternally like the one in the video tough.......
bro while using kibo,i myself is an camper....camper is gamestyle you have to find out break of this fighting style,well i usually use jet as an attacker and i have defeated tons of camper and passive players
A few weeks ago I was playin shadow fight and met what I thought was a cool guy and we messed around a little and when we should've draw because we both ha d max health he was playing helga and I was playing shang, then what he does is, it is 10 seconds left and he shoots me and starts running away making him the winner, then he camped the entire game, no respect for him now.

Passive playing is also called Strategic playing as well. Moving back, dodging a hit and planning a precise counter move. I do the same, and I won’t call myself a camper.
camper, passive or agressive doesnt mean anything. this is a fighting game and everybody has a strategy to win just like you. so, to be camper isnt a bad thing. i dont play this game btw but i like to watch.
They were just patient, campers are noobs that their only strategy is sitting to the wall and waiting for their enemy so they can block and wrestle them.

Thats what camping is. Passive playing is like u wait for a moment in between fight cuz u were getting beaten up or the opponent is attacking continuously or when the are doing long unbreakable combos like bulwark basic and special attack, shang special attack, kate special attack, midnight base attack 2 times is a row or beast spinning attack spaming. Passive player will wait for combos to be over and will join like a normal player in the battle but campers will always retreat. Some passive heros are clad, emperor human form, ling (best passibe heros cuz all his attack are made for puninshing)
Even though I don't play sfa I know that Avengers is one of best camper in this game, he is known for spamming legion back kick to knock back his opponent. The best trash yeah.
You can easily recognize a camper ,when the fight start if he move backward ,this is a obviously a camper but with this nekki update no more camping i grab a lot since this update ,many campers surrender to me after first fight ,because they use to press a hold backward arrow ,camper is a camper that is not gonna change, maybe one day they will learn how to fight .the most annoying camper is with yukka and kibo spamming a sword attack ,i met also a camper who start to fight agressive then realize it is better to start camping , i see a lot of these videos and there is none passive players ,they are just waiting and move backward to the corner waiting to refill the shadow bar or spamming attacks nothing more ,there is nothing worst when you start chasing a camper from corner to corner, I also surrendered many fights against much higher dojo fighter then mine because he is starting to camp from start and just send toxic emotes and laughing i just don t want to waste time on them.
