Prog Metal masters Shadow Gallery gave for us an unforgettable show in October 2010. It is here for all to enjoy. The video is filmed by myself. The music within the video belongs to the respective copyright holders.

Thank you for sharing this with the world. They've played very few shows and all of the fans really needed to see this. You efforts are much appreciated!
No joke, on "crystalline dream" I had shivers down my spine... It's incredible how these guys can play such complex songs with that fidelity on stage... amazing
Lucky bastard!! I'm so jealous. If I could see these guys live, I would die a happy man! My favourite band right now. Can't stop listening to them. Only discovered them a couple of months ago (I'm in Australia). Great band, great songs, great musicians, and great vocals.
I've been waiting for this video since that night when I was there too. The best live I've ever been in my life. Thank you so much. God bless you for this upload !!!
This i such a great video... I'm so glad these guys were able to go out and play their music live. They are so talented it's sick! I pray they keep it up for several more years (and albums)!
Thanks so much for filming and uploading this man! "The loudest experience thus far". Brian's right, this was THE show of the tour. At this point they were one week in and soon after this day half the band fell ill due to touring strain. Crowd participation in Athens was amazing and you can see it reflected in the band. I've seen the band live 3 times in 3 different countries and this night everything just fell into place. Thanks again for making us part of it. They won't skip Greece in 2013.
Brent Allman can lay down some serious shred. We both almost fell asleep during a Chick Corea show once. The Enchantment haha. Such a mesmerizing album. Legend has is it he awoke from his slumber and wrote these solos. Lol I'm joking he wrote all of this early and by himself.
Oh my mighty Gary, i can listen to your guitar solo in the end of Andromeda Strain until i die! Not sure why but for some reason I love Shadow Gallery in the studio (up untill that last digital ghost puke, awful that was) but cant seem to enjoy them live ... I think its the vocals and the dodgy audio recording set ups ... all blast no subtlety every one Ive seen.
I'm a huge fan of these guys, but it's a shame they are one of the most cluttered and out-of-sync bands on live. Wehrkamp does not decide between the guitar and keyboard and ends up sinning in both (and seems to puzzle Deigert and Cadden-James with that). Ashland sings low, changes the lyrics and still forgets to sing some parts. Nevolo ignores the syncopated rhythms and beats the cymbals so often that he appears to be playing power metal. Allman is the "only one" who is really capable of showing what has come. I hope they come back more focused on the next few times, because it's a bit frustrating watching one of the biggest and best prog metal bands lost on stages.
They were a studio band for ages before finally hitting the road after a decade plus. They haven't had hundreds of small-time shows to prepare for the few headlining gigs they did. There's definitely a chaotic rawness to this performance but I think you're severely underselling the quality of their playing and just how magnetic a gig it is. I think the energy comes through super clearly and the songs are still totally recognizable and awesome.
