Next time you 3D scan, use baby powder! It will dull shiny plastic

Next time you want to use this scanning method on a black figure, I'd suggest using some chalk spray - specifically ones for marking on concrete and the like, the temporary sort. That chalk spray washes off with water when you're done.

3d scan powder, or if youre needing something really quick and on the cheap + local. White plastidip from walmart. Just peel away when done. Amazing work on the figure overall!

there is a spray for 3d scanning that turns the figures white but goes back after a few hours. i dont remember what its called but duane shoots toys made avideo about scanning and shows it off
