*PLEASE READ, EXPLAINS HOW TO GET STARS!* There's the good ending where you fight, well, i don't wanna spoil it,but the green stars hint it. Find them all to open that hidden gate with the green star on it. level 1. You already got it level 2 (caverns). Right when you're about to take the pipe to exit the caverns, you can look left and see the green star floating in the air. Time your jump and you should be able to get it. Level 3 (Haunted house). At one point in the level, there should be an opening in the ceiling, and you should see another green star. It seems inaccessible, as it's too high, but the wall on the left in the opening is fake, so walk through it, and jump from there to collect it. You also get killed by a falling slender-mario, but you still get the star. Secret glitch level (Bomb-Omb Battlefield). Once gaining 3 stars, if you head back, the terrain in the overworld is glitched all over. Stepping on it turns mario into a glitchy version of himself, and the music gets distorted. Move all the way back where mario's house/level one is in the glitch terrain, and enter it. This gives a secret bomb-omb battlefield level. Surprisingly, this level seems all normal, and there's nothing creepy in it. It is difficult, as bomb ombs explode immediately after being jumped on, instead of ticking down. You start climbing the mountain and avoid the black ball things. When you almost reach the top, you start platforming off of smaller platforms. Then the game cuts to black, and you're teleported to the top of the mountain, where you must fight king Bomb-omb. Don't be fooled, you can NOT jump on him or touch him, as it damages you. To defeat him, use the bombs he throws at you against him. Once defeating him with 3 bombs, you're rewarded with the 4th green star. level 4 (underwater). This one is more simple, all you gotta do is go down that little whirlpool thing the first time, instead of going all the way to the end and coming back, only to find a drowned mario. Once you're down there, just move on right, and you find your 5th and final star. Final level (Castle). Now with all those green stars, get ready for the true final boss! To trigger it, do the same thing you did for the normal ending (Go through castle, fight bowser and dip him in lava, and then change your mind and join bowser in the lava. Then re-enter the level after the game over screen, to trigger the whole corrupt castle.) and go find the hidden green star door. Go through it, and there's a level that starts regular, and later becomes the opposite of that. You'd get to a point where you can't make a jump, so you gotta go down the hole and keep falling down (there's invisible platforms, so keep walking around until you fall) until there's a point where you just keep falling, and falling, and falling. You see weird stuff in the background while falling, and then the final boss shows up in the back (Again, not spoiling it) and then once you reach the bottom, you get teleported to a hallway. Keep walking right, and you trigger the true final boss. Good luck YuB!
There are three endings, "The End", "The Normal Ending", and "The Secret Ending". The Secret Ending, you move on the title screen and The Ending, you collect all the stars and go to the five-star door, you already completed The Normal Ending. Good luck, YuB
Worst ending: go to the save file and just spam numbers and go back to the game and if your in the game wait after you wait press *Z* on your keyboard and glitchy mario comes out of the house and walk forward and reach to the end to get worse ending
I have a theory: Luigi died not too long ago and Mario feels guilty about it because of all the painful adventures he brought him on. Mario has felt so much greif and regret he needed pills (wierd part but eh) he has dreams of going on adventures but them turning into demonic nightmares. He feels grief, he feels sadness, and he feels regret. In the ending with all five stars, shadow mario is replaced with a bloody, demonic Luigi hinting that Mario knows that he forced luigi to come even if didn't want to, he feels like Luigi wants to get his revenge.
Here is where all the remaining stars are located: Level 1: In The pipe where you found the first one. Level 2: Jump To the left in the "hide behind the walls" section. Level 3: The slender mario section, there is a hole in the ceiling with a star above. there are hidden platforms. Level 4: Go into the hole farthest to the left. Im talking about the one without a dead mario. 5th Star Location: A secret level. After getting to 3 stars (Or 2) Go to the left, and you will find a glitchy landscape. To get the good ending you gotta find all the green stars. There should be a total of five stars to collect. After that, you need to go through the secret five star door, the true final boss will be in that door, which is luigi. The attacks will be similar to shadow marios except harder and faster. He will also in some point turn the game literally upside down. EDIT: I almost forgot that after you get the five stars you go back to the house and touch the glitchy stuff. Then you do the whole castle thing. EDIT 2: you actually go behind the house in the good ending but in the bad ending you come FROM the house. Oh and i'm sorry for spoiling the boss YuB.
I wish SUPER MARIO DOLOR had a duck/crouching system to like you know, hide behind low obstacles and you know, also dodge low bullets, the one YuB said was like SANS FIGHT
i just figured out the normal ending, the pills may be anti depressant pills, and the white flowers usually mean someone died, so i think luigi died and mario was depressed after, so mario took the anti depressants and he went through that nightmare due to them.
Hey, I know how to get the good ending. You have to collect all 5 stars Green stars the secret door that you saw. That had the 5 green stars on it. That's how you get into the good ending.
Is the normal ending that mario has depretion from the loss of his brother but im trying to get a good explenation for the bloody marios... it just came to mind that he may have tried to commit Alt F4 (better way of saying scuiside) but then he had to get pills? I really dont know but yall other guys have good theories too.
