The fact this already feels nostalgic says a lot. I loved what the team achieved with Shadow and want to thank them endlessly for what they have created.
Same. This game is the product of the tireless efforts of a multicultural team of people who would have spent many sleepless nights. I don't know if you noticed or not but towards the end after the credits roll, the creators thank us for playing the game and being fans of this franchise. Well, all of us should be thanking them for providing us with this amazing gaming experience.
Seriously. They really knew how to set the atmosphere with music for the different parts of the story, serious shame that this game didn't blow up it really deserved to
The entire trilogy was just epic!!! Such a well written story and Jonah has played a great role in all three of them. Lots of Love to this franchise!!!!
I just bought the Definitive Edition and what a huge surprise It was, this game is so epic and has a lot of amazing moments!!....One of the BEST games I have ever played in my life!!
Played this amazing game on game pass, this sound track alone is making me consider buying the game again. I could watch the main menu for hours idk why it was just charming
Thank you Shadow of the tomb raider team. I seriously loved this trilogy bgm makes us to connect with the game characters emotions. Seriously great job i love you Lara😍
This was one of the best games I've ever played in my life, every single aspect of it from story, graphics, world details, even the vibrations on the damn controller were so thought out. It was an absolute pleasure to play
I swear, if SOTTR won't get any award for the soundtrack I will drive from Poland by myself and give them all awards they deserve! Brian D'Oliveira did not only amazing job but bring to me too many memorable pieces of art.
If this sounds to you so good, then the old tomb raider games have masterpieces for soundtrack. Nothing special about this and the previous game in their themes. The 2013 had very nice music though
@@tymvoryxos280 Don't know why but I think I would chat with you about it more :) I totaly agree with you and although I am a big fan of old OST and then 2013 make an amazing mark on me as well, Shadow of The Tomb Raider just hit different. It's cultural beautiful, mystical, mythological and very symbolic since every instrument desribes the plot perfectly. I clearly can feel the passion from Brian which I miss in RoTTR ost for instance. If you want to talk about OST message me at adamsoroczynski@vp.pl
Best soundtrack ever Edit: I felt like this story is the first the focused more on Lara, Jonah and the villain...it built up the characters much more than the past 2 games..sad that we ain’t getting a part 4
@@laurencya3576 Nah, we are pretty much getting continuing of the franchise, not sure if it will be part of this trio tho, but it will be made by the same people, and it will be continuing the story.
Going through the entire trilogy and while I'm still playing Rise of the Tomb Raider I booted this up to run a benchmark, stayed on the main menu to listen to this absolute beauty of a track.
Yes ... specially from 0:50 .. !! I can listen to this 100 of time. Another best music is at Mission village when Lara enter in the old cathedral ... a music with a cello playing
despite its flaws, this might be my favorite game in the trilogy. all the games are so good though, it’s hard. 2013 will always have a special place in my heart, but the sound design and soundtrack in this game is absolutely phenomenal.
SOTR is the best modern Tomb Raider game. I never liked the reboot series that much, but this game is the most complex of the reboots, has a well working story and even some classic elements from the 90 era.
One of the best game Trilogy ever, thank's to the main tracks and the story, unfortunately I don't have it because I lost of the ps plus, but I played it 3 times so I'm happy the same
Best stealth and immersive experience combat wise. Loved making choreographed-like kills. The first one’s story hooked me so damn hard, pair that with an amazing soundtrack? One for the books.
Specially 0:50-2:11 .. !! I can listen to this 100 of time. Another best music is at Mission village when Lara enter in the old cathedral ... a music with a cello playing ...
I wann so bad a new lara croft game so bad for next year and the theme for ps4 i love thia music so much like lara ❤❤❤❤😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😭😭😭😭❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
What have video games soundtracks come to; random notes, tacked one next to the other, with lack of consistency. They cater to mobs with crude tastes in Music.
What about dlc currently playing it now again and it was worth playing again especially now. Besides Rise was just boring I guess to be honest you can never get bored playing this one there's just so many ways to play to numberous to mention.
@@alfredlopez5376 I love the game before and after paititi the problem is that MOST missions take place in paititi with that stupid Stupid outfit restriction and cloned npcs with bad voice actiong and horrible lip sync. I HAAAATE paititi I don't know what they were thinking. The game starts in a very powerful way and then puff it gets boring for like half the story.
@@r.o.6180 I loved the game but I also did not like that serpent guard outfit they forced you to wear. I wish I could have worn the hoodie and leather jacket or the feathers outfit the whole game, the serpent outfit didn't even let you see her face and was useless in battle. F that outfit
