Haha, I think Dooplis already stole my Marriage code for his too-many-challenges mod. Yeah, the arrows are indeed to evoke Cupid! I'm tickled pink - badum tss - you caught that! Apparently the Ceremony 'travel there' isn't clear. Rulers won't travel to them, but heroes will. I'll make that more clear! "Makes you focus on different aspects of the game." - That is indeed the point I wanted with Chandalor; "Learn how Houses work." The reasoning I had with Heartbreak is, it's basically that one event where someone's mourning and you spend 1 power to make them lose 10 sanity. But you can do it to who you want, and on-demand, so I bumped up the power cost a bit. "I'll see if I can find someone with Curse of Overwhelming Joy" - There's an F-key for that, F1 I think, to find Traits, which can also find the Curses. "Pacifism. You delete an army. Simple as." - Haha, I had a lot of fun designing that. And yeah, it's probably on the strong side, but I wanted it to FEEL good, as you reach out and 'flick' away a problem for your agents. "I found tons of times I had a glut of power." - That's actually one of the reasons I made the Heartbreak power, just so there's something to spend it on. Contrariwise, Move On is more a QoL power in case you find 'the perfect marriage target' but you can't marry them because their spouse is dead

My first test of this god I had a lot of fun. I was also testing the deep one mod and wound up cursing almost every human ruler and hero with the deep one curse thanks to this god! Sadly so much fun was being had I stopped paying attention to the alliance and chosen one for a little too long and got my teeth kicked in. Still a lot of fun.
This is very similar to my experience lol! I was so busy watching the people that I forgot i was supposed to be winning a game. I managed to sneak a win here but could've easily failed had I not realised until a few turns later! Glad you enjoy it too.
I'm like 90% sure that the supplicant's picture is a Nightingale from Skyrim. This god seem really cool. I really like the gods that are "The evil god of X" with X being a normally good trait. Can you imagine what the world would be like even if you lose? Love and marriage would be shunned and tabooed among the aware communities, which would cause chaos and conflict long after you're gone.
Oooh that's such a cool thought! The idea of humanity shunning these blessed ceremonies because of a god twisting it is brilliant. Relationships would probably be quite different if humanity beat Chandalor back lol
@@SimplyFunGaming Usually, just about everyone in the universe thinks they're a good guy. I'm taking about style and thematically fitting this into SOFG. The Supplicant has a totally blank white background. Not even white with some grain or fade or anything. It feels incomplete to my eyes whenever I look at him.

Yeah! I just finished watching it last night, I like the god overviews but it’s fun seeing a full play through of them. I think your Iastur run was my favorite. Really fun mechanics
