I've been wearing S/R since '20. I've had to replace them 3 times since then. My favs are the classic wayfarer tortoise shell w/ brown lens. I discovered them when my last pair of Costco wayfarers finally bit the dust.
I love shady rays, and just bought a new pair. However I will say that replacement pairs and mystery pairs are almost assuredly 2nd bin glasses. I have never had issues with the original pair I ordered, but the replacement pairs generally delaminate or aren't very stuff. I think they use glasses that they wouldn't sell at full price to fulfill those orders. Overall it is actually a good business moto, but something to watch out for
I just ordered 2 pair and had a coupon that gave me additional money off, plus a mystery pair and the hard case and free shipping. Total price was $77 bucks.
LOOK FOR COUPONS ONLINE BEFORE ORDERING I just ordered a $98 pair for $70 With shipping and handling. My first pair of sunglasses as an adult, I plan to use them while fishing and driving they are the colorush polarized lensec I am super excited had to check out your review great job man!
@@chrsmdws1 I really like them other than the fact that in less than three weeks they’ve gotten scratched up pretty good. Also, they advertise free replacement pair free replacement pair free replacement pair, so I work on getting my replacement pair and you have to pay like $35 in shipping.

@@MrGizmo211 I have sent text messages to Shady Rays and they keep saying to be patient but the item hasn’t moved on the shipping tracking since July 13th. My guess is they got lost or stolen during the shipping process?
No it’s not worth it. Cheap gas station sunglasses and when you lose them or file a claim it costs 17 bucks to get a new pair. The mystery pair is a pair you will never wear. Just buy gas station suny.
