Shaggy needs Ricardo Ducent to be up on stage... Even though he is no longer the trim, slim, beautiful young man he was 20 years ago. No one sings this "forgot that key" part as well as Ric Rok does.
Ric Rok aka Ricardo Ducent did write the text with Shaggy. And his voice just "fit" the persona in the song. I wish he had written more songs that fit his voice that well...
